Val-d'Or, Quebec, July 19, 2012 - Symbol TSX-V: EXA - Exploration Aurtois Inc. ("Aurtois" or the "Corporation") is pleased to report that it filed a NI 43-101 Technical Report dated April 6, 2012 (the "Report") on the Stella Property's project with Canadian securities regulators. The Report was prepared by Donald Theberge, Eng., M.B.A., from Solumines of Levis, Quebec.
Following the analysis of results, M. Theberge recommends establishing a two phases exploration program including cutting line, execution of new trenches and 7,500 meters of drilling. The program totals an amount of $1,489,950. M. Bisson, the President and the CEO of Aurtois, is enthusiastic about the Report's conclusions.

NEW EXTREME EST PROPERTY
Located in a mining camp similar to the one located in Val-d'Or (Cadillac), but less explored, Aurtois owns 100% of this property located in Guillet Township, 5 km from the town of Belleterre in Abitibi-Temiscamingue. It contains two mine shafts drilled in 1939 and 1945 by the old Belleterre Mine, which has been in operation between 1936 and 1959. The historical resources until 2009 are estimated at 54 644 tonnes at 5.77 g/t Au. Since its acquisition, Aurtois has performed over 7000 meters of drilling and continues exploration activities.
Located in the mining camp of Val-d'Or, Aurtois owns 100% of this property located in Tavernier Township, about 40 km from the City of Senneterre and 68 km west of Val-d'Or in Abitibi-Temiscamingue. It has a mine shaft which was drilled between 1934 and 1935 by Lacoma Gold Mine Ltd, which has made several underground works and exploration activities. The property is located nine kilometers from the old mine Croinor. The historical resources until 2010 are estimated at 179,369 tonnes at 6.8 g / t Au. Aurtois currently worked in finalizing the completion and the increase of mineral resources (inferred, probable and proven geological).
