(Nasdaq: RATE) announced today that the time of the company's second quarter 2009 financial results conference call has been changed to 4:30 P.M. Eastern time on July 30, 2009. The call will be led by Bankrate's President and Chief Executive Officer, Thomas R. Evans. Also participating in the call will be Edward J. DiMaria, Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. A press release on the results for the quarter will be issued after the market closes on July 30th.
In a separate press release issued earlier this week, Bankrate announced that it has agreed to be acquired by funds advised by Apax Partners for $28.50 per share in cash.
