First Potomac Realty Trust announced today that Eska Graphic Board (Eska) has renewed its lease for 152,600 square feet at Diamond Hill Distribution Center in Chesapeake, Virginia. Eska has been a tenant in the Southern Virginia portfolio since 2001 and this recent commitment extends their tenancy at the park until 2014.

“We are very pleased that Eska has extended their lease at our Diamond Hill facility,” said Tony Beck, Regional Vice President for Southern Virginia. “This extension addresses the largest 2009 expiration in our Southern Virginia portfolio and reinforces the partnership between First Potomac Realty Trust and Eska Graphic Board.”

Diamond Hill is located in Chesapeake, Virginia, and includes four industrial buildings totaling 712,500 square feet. The property is located just off Interstate 64, approximately six miles from Portsmouth Marine Terminals (PMT), nine miles from Norfolk International Terminals (NIT), and 11 miles from Maersk/APM (A.P. Moller-Maersk) Terminal.
