Charys Holding Company, Inc. (“Charys”) (Pink Sheets: CHYS) a company focused on the high growth Wireless Communications and Data Infrastructure and Restoration and Reconstruction sectors, today announced that its wholly owned subsidiary Mitchell Site Acq., Inc. (“MSAI”) has been selected by one of the leading MBE businesses in the telecommunications industry as a strategic partner of wireless communications program services. The contract is expected to provide over $5 million in revenue, is effective immediately and extends the scope of services to include the breadth of MSAI capabilities.
Under this agreement, MSAI will provide its portfolio of services in support of nationwide wireless network expansion and upgrades. MSAI’s turnkey services include; site identification, network surveying, site acquisition, zoning, permitting, title curative, environmental and structural engineering, project management, and deployment of in-building systems.
