Ubiquiti Networks Inc. (Nasdaq: UBNT) reported higher fourth quarter revenue and earnings of 30 cents per share compared with 18 cents per share a year earlier but warned that counterfeit products would negatively impact its business. The stock price plummeted $6.10 to $8.91.
