Apple Pays $356 Million For AuthenTec

Apple Inc. (Nasdaq: AAPL) will pay approximately $356 million in cash to mobile security company AuthenTec Inc. (Nasdaq: AUTH). Shares of Apple soared $4.74 to $579.62 while AuthenTec stock leaped $3.32 to $8.39.
