Alzheimer's Treatment Fails Trial

Alzheimer's disease treatment bapineuzumab developed by Pfizer Inc. (NYSE: PFE), Johnson & Johnson (NYSE: JNJ) and Elan Corp. (NYSE: ELN) failed a late stage clinical trial. Shares of Pfizer lost 49 cents to $23.12 while Johnson & Johnson stock fell 96 cents to $67.15. Elan stock tumbled $1.99 to $1.52.
