JOHANNESBURG--June 28, 2012--Written by Richard Finlayson, Senior International Editor for Industrial Info Resources (Sugar Land, Texas)--Already reeling under the effects of erratic electricity supply , a petrol price rise and high inflation rates, domestic consumers in the Indian capital of New Delhi were hit on Tuesday with a 26% hike in power tariffs. This is the fourth increase in tariffs imposed in 10 months and will become effective on July 1.
