PR Log - May 11, 2012 - Orlando, FL – FactoryEStores.com, the mega store for the Factory brands of indoor and outdoor furniture, continues to experience rapid expansion after the holding company earned $2.5 million in sales at the end of their first year. Outstanding relations with customers and associates are enabling the company’s growth with additional brands, products, warehouse space, and staff.
Factory EStores is in the process of adding 29 new brands to their current list of 30. Adding to designers such as Zuo, Discovery World Furniture, and Hillsdale, the site will carry products by Serta, BroyHill, and Hospitality Rattan to name a few.
The new brands are bringing along 15,000+ new products, expanding most categories Factory EStores has to offer including furniture and accessories for the
bedroom,
dining room, and
living room. Additional youth furniture will also be joining the mix.
In order to accommodate the growth, Factory EStores has added new space with their 200,000 sq. foot warehouse in Sanford, FL.
With first year expansion comparable to that of Zappos.com’s second year in business, a leading online store for clothing, shoes, and accessories, Factory EStores has made an incredible start. With a strong drive and customer service specialization, this home furnishing ecommerce group is one to keep an eye on. Factory EStores expects to see an end to their second year with $8 million+ in sales, with no capital investment since the company’s inception to date.
Their fast growth has led to the creation of 6 new positions, 2 of which have already been filled. These positions include a Brand Voice Manager (hired), Site and User Experience Innovator, Customer Wow Manager, Products On-boarding Specialist (hired), eCommerce Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Specialist, and Customer Service Logistics & Traffic Associate.
One position the company has high hopes for is their Customer Wow Manager, solely dedicated to Factory EStores customers. The company’s mission is dedicated to going above and beyond customer expectations. From working in the office updating the website to those working the warehouse packaging and shipping orders, the customers’ needs are first and foremost in the minds of the Factory EStores team.
"We're ecstatic about the growth we've had thus far. It's all because our customers are returning now,” said Will Royall, CEO. “They are what drives our business and why we are investing so heavily in anything that improves the customer experience at the moment."
Factory EStores includes 15 specific niche product websites such as factorybunkbeds.com, factorygamerooms.com, and factorylivingrooms.com, and plans to add an additional 15 new stores this quarter. The company started in October 2010 with their bunk bed website.
