During her collegiate career, Ann earned a Bachelor of Accounting Science degree from the University of South Africa and a Master of Business Administration degree from Bond University. She serves as Chairperson of the Club Management Association of South Africa, and she is a member of the Club Managers Association of America as well as the Club Advisory Council International.
