Mexican stocks fall on U.S. retail sales concerns

Stocks in Mexico decline Tuesday after a softer-than-expected January retail sales report from the United States — the country’s key trading partner. Meanwhile, Chilean stocks hold to minor gains ahead of an interest-rate decision by the central bank.
