Summit Financial CEO gets pay raise

Summit Financial Services Group Chairman, CEO and President Marshall T. Leeds received a significant pay raise by his company. In 2010, Leeds earned total compensation at the Boca Raton-based brokerage company (OTCBB: SFNS) of $1.54 million, including $289,406 in salary. According to a Securities and Exchange Commission filing by the company, his new agreement kicks in on Jan 1, 2012 and boosts his salary to $500,000, with yearly increases tied to the Consumer Price Index.
