CAT Issues New Chinese Bond – Analyst Blog

Caterpillar has issued a two-year RMB 2.3 billion ($355 mn) bond with a coupon rate of 1.35% to institutional investors in Hong Kong, the biggest issue by a foreign multinational company in the offshore yuan market.
