Bank of America Prices $1.75 billion in Credit Card Asset-Backed Notes From the BA Credit Card Trust (formerly known as MBNA Credit Card Master Note Trust)

CHARLOTTE, N.C., Aug. 22 /PRNewswire/ -- Bank of America's FIA Card Services, N.A. (formerly known as MBNA America Bank, N.A.) today priced an offering of $1.75 billion in credit card asset-backed notes from the BA Credit Card Trust. (Logo: http://www.newscom.com/cgi-bin/prnh/20050720/CLW086LOGO-b) The Class A (2006-9) consists of $1.75 billion floating rate asset backed notes. The four-year notes were priced at par and will accrue interest at 1 basis point over the one-month London Interbank Offered Rate ("LIBOR"). This offering, scheduled to close on August 30, 2006, was lead managed by Banc of America Securities LLC and co-managed by ABN AMRO Incorporated, Barclays Capital, Merrill Lynch & Co. and RBS Greenwich Capital.
