UPDATE 1-Bain, Telenor join forces for Polkomtel-source

LONDON, April 14 (Reuters) - Norway's Telenor and Bain Capital have teamed up to pursue Polish mobile phone company Polkomtel, a person familiar with the matter said, leaving five shortlisted bids in the $6 billion auction.
