Safeguard Security Holdings, Inc. (OTC:SSYH), a provider of corporate and industrial security systems and personnel, announces that its SGI Protective Services unit has been awarded a multiyear security services contract for Renaissance Tower, a major downtown high-rise in Dallas, Texas. SGI will provide comprehensive security services including security staffing, security systems consulting, and tenant life safety training. Renaissance Tower is a 1.7 million square foot Class A office tower located in the Dallas Central Business District.

The Company also announces that the City of Dallas has taken over management of the Central Business District patrols which the company had been managing for the City on an interim basis.
