First Potomac Realty Trust Declares Third Quarter Dividend

First Potomac Realty Trust (NYSE:FPO), a regional leader in the ownership, management, development and redevelopment of business parks and industrial properties, today announced that its Board of Trustees has declared a dividend of $0.20 per common share for the Company's third quarter ended September 30, 2009. The dividend, which equates to an annualized rate of $0.80 per share, is payable on November 13, 2009, to common shareholders of record on November 6, 2009.
